  • Tony

    Tony Country Director and Partner in Potential Project Hong Kong and China. Tony is an experienced executive coach and trainer / examiner of professional coaches who, as well as being the founder and CEO of Transcend International, is also current president of the International Coach Federation in HK. Tony’s coaching and leadership approach is to assist with “vertical development” and individual transformation through coaching approaches including mindfulness, self-observation and reflection practices as a core methodology. He teaches mindfulness based approaches into a variety of setting and is also a certified trainer of Wallace and Ekman’s Cultivating Emotional Balance course and has held a number of Board level leadership roles over his 27 year tenure in HK. Tony is married with 1 son, 4 cats and 2 dogs.

  • Michelle Chan

    Michelle has been an executive coach and a leadership program facilitator since 2008. Her clients vary from Chinese SOEs to MNC. Michelle heavily involves supporting her Corp clients’ talent development and change management. She is presently integrating mindfulness into her coaching and facilitation. Prior to this, Michelle has 10 years’ experience in a leading executive search firm (6 countries and 11 offices, last position as Managing Director) and 10 years in an EMS manufacturing (last position as their regional Engineering Director). She has a passionate interest in mathematics and enjoys hiking, reading, cooking and developing people. Michelle speaks native Mandarin, fluent English and Cantonese.

    Kevin is a Mindfulness Teacher, Personal/Business Coach, Business/Strategic Consultant and a pioneer in bringing Mindfulness- Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programs to Mainland China (PRC). Before becoming a full time teacher and promoter of Mindfulness in business application, Kevin was a senior corporate executive for 19 years, working for MNCs based in London, Sydney, Hong Kong and Beijing, specializing in corporate strategy, merger & acquisition. Besides teaching Mindfulness, Kevin also teaches QiGong, which was well received in China as an alternative mindful movement.

  • Priscilla Wong

    Priscilla is a professional certified ICF Executive Coach in China. She is also a teacher of Corporate Coaching & Leadership Development Program at Institute of China Business of Hong Kong University SPACE, Chairman of Vocational Service Committee of Beijing Rotary Club, Board of Director of Maple Psychology Counseling Centre of Beijing, and Adviser to Koan Coaching Academy. In addition to 28+ years of experience in Human Resources Management and Coaching, Priscilla has been practicing mindfulness since 2011 and is one of the pioneers to promote corporate mindfulness in China.

  • Jianxin Xue

    Jianxin is an experienced corporate trainer and facilitator. He works with leading companies across China on personal effectiveness and leadership development. Before this, he worked in telecom, media and management consulting for more than ten years. Personally, he has practiced mindfulness and meditation for 20 years. He is also an MBCT(Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy) teacher trained by Oxford Mindfulness Center. He believes mind training can offer huge benefit for both individual and organizations in modern era. He has MSc in Management (Oxford) and Master of Buddhist Studies (Hong Kong University).
